When you have or had tools on‑rent during a month you are billed on the last calendar day of that month. Bills are based on rental period rates multiplied by days rented in the month, minus the deposit (first month only). 5. Easy Returns
Every rental shipment includes a prepaid FedEx return label. Your rental period ends when FedEx scans the return package—not when it reaches our warehouse. Billing & Program Details
Up‑Front Deposit
When a rental order is approved a 30% non-refundable deposit is charged based on the price of the tools in the rental order. Monthly Billing Cycle
• Rental bills are generated on the last calendar day of each month based on rental period rates multiplied by days rented in the month • Billing continues until all tools are returned
• If tools are returned mid‑month, billing still occurs at month‑end
• The deposit is deducted from the first months bill
Lost Tools
If tools are not returned and are considered lost, you will be charged the applicable Lost Tool Fee. Replacements Included
Each rental includes a replacement parts kit for common wear items.If a tool malfunctions, a replacement tool can be shipped via Fedex Ground/Home Delivery free or via Fedex 2 Day for a fee.
Credit Card Only
