The GROOVE-90, distributed exclusively by AMES, is the ultimate portable milling machine for gypsum drywall panels, MDF, plywood, solid wood, aluminum, and more. This German-engineered multi-cutter system precisely cuts V-grooves, enabling drywall contractors to quickly form outside corners, soffits, column wraps, and other structures—without the need for corner bead, joint compound, or joint tape. The result is a flawless corner that won’t crack.

Lightweight and portable, the GROOVE-90 delivers the performance of a stationary machine. It can cut multiple kerfs to create radius profiles or even round columns from gypsum or plywood. Additionally, it can carve rectangular grooves to inlay stylish, functional LED lighting strips for high-end accents.

Features:

• CUTS RECTANGULAR GROOVES – cuts grooves between 15-25mm wide, ideal for installing LED strip lights flush with the surrounding surface. The guiderails cut lengths up to 12-ft.
• CUTS MULTIPLE KERFS SIMULTANEOUSLY – make up to four cuts in a single pass, ideal for creating perfect radius profiles in drywall, solid wood, or plywood.

• PRECISE ADJUSTMENT - The milling depth can be adjusted to the nearest millimeter on a scale of 1/10 using the fine-tuning set screw.
