The 18V Dual Disc Sander quickly sands EPS, XPS, and other materials, saving time and effort on the jobsite. Its 8" contra-rotating dual disc design ensures smooth operation and perfect balance. The independent motor mounts on your belt, reducing the in-hand weight of the sander to just 5 pounds. The brushless motor features electronic soft-start and overload protection for longer tool life and low maintenance. Continuous speed control maintains consistent RPM, even under load.
The wide sanding surface creates a more uniform finish compared to standard hand rasps. Powered by two 5.0 Ah batteries, the sander can cover up to 950 square feet on a single charge. A TapeTech battery adapter (sold separately) allows you to use Bosch, Makita, Milwaukee, or DeWalt batteries—keeping you powered all day long. The integrated exhaust outlet connects easily to the TapeTech EIFSVAC18V Backpack Vacuum or other compatible vacuums to maintain a clean, dust-free workspace.
